Every question is multiple choice with the correct answer marked. The questions steer clear of numbers that change between updates, such as build height, the number of mobs or the list of biomes.

| Blocks, crafting and tools | Ages 7 and up, new players | Easy to medium | The iron golem recipe is the hard one here |

Tips for running a Minecraft quiz
- Mix the sections. A mob expert and a redstone builder should both get a turn.
- Keep the timer generous. Twenty seconds a question is enough. A speed round rewards the fastest reader.
- Let the room argue. Players often remember how an old version worked. The explanation after each question settles it.
- Ask which edition. If a player says an answer is different in Bedrock, check the question. These were chosen so that both editions agree.
- Skip the update trivia. Anything about the newest biome or mob will be out of date soon, so none of it is here.
Why these questions stay right
Minecraft gets frequent updates, which is why many quizzes about it age badly. We checked the questions against the Minecraft Wiki and kept only mechanics and history that have been true across many versions, with no build height, mob counts or biome lists that might change. The history questions rest on Mojang's own founding and Microsoft's purchase of the studio.
