Keep "take picked names off" on, and a name leaves the wheel once it has been picked.
Questions about the name picker
Is the pick really random?
Yes. Each spin picks from the names still on the wheel with the same chance for each, and the wheel turns to that name.
Are the names sent anywhere?
Only if you save the list to your account. Otherwise it is kept in this browser only, and clearing it or the browser's site data removes it.
Can I split the same class into groups?
Yes. The group maker, in the tabs above, uses the same list, so you paste the names once.
Can the class play a quiz together afterwards?
Yes. With a free Sheelon account you can run a live quiz that students answer on their phones, up to 50 players.
